Within the My To-dos section you will find all the to-do’s assigned to you and only you that are broken down into three lists; Later, Today and Done. Let’s cover what each list represents:
In the Later list you will find all the to-dos assigned to you that aren’t in your Today list, which we cover how to-do’s get to your Today list below.
From here you can view upcoming tasks that you are needing to get done. You have a few actions you can perform on the to-do from this view. You can either push it off till Later, move it to your Today list or mark it as Done. You can learn more about the actions of a to-do here.
Your Today list is to-do list for the day. This is where you will find the tasks that you want to get done Today. Tasks populate your to-do list by one of the following ways:
1. Due Date: If the to-do has a due date of the current date or a previous date, then the to-do will show up on your list for Today.
2. Start Date: If the to-do has a start date of the current date or previous date, then the to-do will show up on your list for Today.
3. Manually moving it over from your Later list.
Here will you will all the to-dos that you have accomplished and marked as Done.
