Actions on a to-do

There is so much you can do with a to-do. Not only can you mark a to-do as Done in Whiteboard but you are provided with a robust set of actions that can help you take control of your days tasks. Let’s review the five actions you can do with a to-do; Later, Today, Done, Delete and Active.

  1. Later

By marking a to-do as Later, you are specifying when you want to start working on it and for it to appear in your list for Today under My Tasks. You can learn more about your Today list here.

The Later option is great for those to-do’s on your Today list that you just can’t get to today. Push it off to Later to get it off your to-do list and specify when you want to get back to it.

When you click on Later, you will be presented with 8 options to select from. These are when you want the to-do to automatically appear in your list for Today.

The ‘Eventually’ option removes any Start Date that is on the to-do.

Note: If you have accidentally marked a to-do as Done, no worries. You can always mark it Active again via the Done section of a workspace.
