Create a to-do
To-dos are the heartbeat of Whiteboard!
- From the To-do section of a workspace, you can to click on the ‘+’ to create a new to-do.
- Give you a name a to-do, assign it a due date and delegate it if you are in a shared workspace.If you want to make the to-do powerful, give it a Start Date for when you want to show up in your Today list and click more to assign it a recurring schedule, place it in a to-do list or hide from Guests.
- Once you have filled out the information that you want to put-in, you can hit ‘Save’ to save it or just press ‘Enter’ on your keyboard.
- You can also use the Quick Entry field found below the Active and Done tabs. This allows you to quickly get tasks out of your mind and into Whiteboard to triage later.
