How do I delegate to-dos?
With Whiteboard, you can delegate tasks to team members and individuals so that things don’t fall through the cracks and everyone is on the same page.
- When you create a to-do in a shared workspace, you can delegate a tasks by selecting an individual in the ‘assignee’ field.
- Once you have selected the individual and hit save on the to-do, their photo will appear next to the to-do that they have been assigned to. You can now quickly glance and see who is responsible for what tasks within the workspace.
- If you want to change or update the assignee you can do so by clicking on the pencil icon once you have selected the to-do.
